Promoters

A Promoter is an energetic helper who tells everyone about a business, a product, or a special launch. Welcome Girls

Welcome Girls make the entrance of any party look beautiful and grand. They usually wear gorgeous, matching traditional outfits like sarees or lehengas. Their main job is to welcome the guests in a traditional way as they step inside the venue. They stand at the door, smile, say namaste, give flowers, or apply a holy tikka on the guests’ foreheads. They make every guest feel like a royal king or queen!

A Shadow is a personal assistant who stays right next to a very important person (VIP), like the bride, the groom, or a chief business guest. Big events can be very busy, and the main hosts don’t have time to look after their own small needs. The shadow helper walks right behind them all day to hold their phone, give them water, bring them snacks, or carry their bags. They “shadow” the VIP to make their day completely stress-free.

Anchor

An Anchor (also called an Emcee or MC) is the star of the stage! They hold the microphone and talk to the entire audience to keep the event exciting. If a party feels a bit quiet, the anchor will play fun stage games, tell jokes, and get everyone cheering.  attraction for kids at birthday parties and family events. The mascot man walks around the hall, dances with the kids, shakes hands, and poses for fun photos. They bring lots of laughter and color to the party.

Waiters

Waiters are the amazing helpers who take care of the food and drinks. They wear neat, clean uniforms and carry trays filled with delicious treats, snacks, and juices. They walk politely around the hall, offering food to the guests so that no one has to stand in long lines.
